While waiting on the hospital bed to arrive, Ms Sherita in the office was very polite and dispatched to the driver to pick my mom up later to accommodate us waiting on the delivery.

The drivers are professional and very courteous. It was a great pick up and drop off. I will definitely use this company in the future.
Used this transportation service to go downtown and back from Bon Air (Forest Hill Ave.). Was secure in wheelchair both trips, but I did have to wait for awhile for my return. Driver was courteous and vehicle was clean.
